hitotemaのオーナーは、整体師でであり、調理師でもあります。これまで整体師として多くの方の健康を支えてきました。美味しいだけでなく、もっと健康になれる食事を提供したいという気持ちから2025年3月、新たな挑戦として家庭料理に一手間加えたお店をオープンします。
